'Crust & Craft Pizzeria originated from a humble aspiration: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Launched by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our small family-ran pizza place embraced recipes passed down for generations.

Our progenitor, Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza creation through her extensive exploration of Italy, most notably from skilful pizzaiolos in Naples, the home of pizza. On returning to the UK, her resolve was to produce the quintessence of Italian pizza, employing ancestral techniques and the most exceptional produce.

Starting as a quaint 12-seat pizza joint, we have evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture though our dedication to superior quality and genuine practices has steadfastly stayed the same. We still implement traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the best possible ingredients.

'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' continues under the management of our family, with a second generation of the Bianchi kin at the helm, steering our ardent crew. Embracing modern touches, we stay true to our core: delivering savory, real pizza that unites folks.
